Phoenix Heart offers handmade homewares with a distinct finish that is rustic yet contemporary. Our methods can’t be mass produced so you can be assured that your purchase is original, and with every cut of wood having a slightly different grain pattern each piece is totally unique. Can I shop in-person?
We don’t have a fixed retail space, but we do often attend craft fairs and similar events. Check out our upcoming events page to see if we will be near your area soon!
Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! We can’t make any promises (a life-size replica of Dwayne Johnson might be a stretch!) but contact us with your ideas and if we can do it, we will.
When will my order be delivered?
You can typically expect your items to arrive 3-8 days after your order is placed. More details are available here!
What if I want to return an item?
We will honour all UK statutory rights to return items purchased online which means that even if there are no problems, if you don’t love your purchase you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery (but we’re pretty sure you will) and if there is a fault with your order you can return it up to 30 days after delivery. What if there is a problem?
